Ad of the Day: GirlHub

Girl Hub is a joint initiative between The Nike Foundation and The UK Department for International Development (DFID) working to ensure that girls in developing countries are involved in the design and implementation of policies and programs that affect them. Girl Hub’s mission is to unleash the ‘Girl Effect’ (http://www.girleffect.org/); whereby the 600 million adolescent girls in the developing world have the chance to grow into healthy mothers, active and educated members of their societies – transforming their families, communities and nations along the way.
